Stephanie is a graduate from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She has been practicing in Halifax since the spring of 2019, and is thrilled to be able to start her own practice now in Digby, NS. Prior to finding her passion in massage therapy, she graduated with a BSc. from Mount Allison University in 2015. She takes a special interest in pre post-natal massage, and has been a trained doula for seven years.

Stephanie is a true believer in aiming to find the root of the issue and treating that, alongside your physical symptoms. She is excited to help make a treatment plan with you that is attainable and specific to your needs, and get you back on the road to recovery! Paving this road together, while the clients take an active role in their journey, allows for the highest potential of healing– both short term and long term.
